PET protective film (Acrylic adhesive)
This series of protective films are taking PET film as the substrate (the color of the film can be transparent or the color specified by the customer), coated with acrylic glue, and cemented with release paper or release film.
The product owns the features of good initial adhesion, without adhesive residue during peeling and is easy for die cutting.
It is suitable for the protection of plastic or metal parts under surface treatment such as ordinary baking painting, anodizing, frosting and lamination. In particular, it is quite suitable for the electronic processing and manufacturing enterprises.

Typical Application Fields of PET Protective Film
1.Optoelectronic Industry:
Used for surface protection of LCD displays, backlight panels, EL (electroluminescent) sheets, membrane switches, mobile phone screens, and other optoelectronic components.
2.Electronics Industry:
Applied to electronic screens, instrument panels, automotive dashboards, device housings, air conditioner panels, and various home appliance surfaces, as well as titanium metal plates, offering protection against scratches, dust, and oxidation.
3.Wire & Cable Industry:
Provides effective protection for spooled copper wires, semi-finished and finished products. It prevents dust contamination, oxidation, and surface damage during transportation and storage.
4.Hardware Industry:
Used for protecting surfaces such as computer cases, galvanized stamping parts, mirror stainless steel plates, brushed steel, color-coated steel sheets, aluminum panels, stainless steel, titanium plates, PVC-coated steel, glass panels, and solar panels. It helps maintain surface smoothness and prevents scratches during processing and handling.
5.Printing Industry:
Applied to surfaces of PVC sheets, PC boards, aluminum panels, and films used in printed nameplates to protect them during printing and handling.
6.Plastics Industry:
Suitable for ABS, PP injection-molded products, PVC sheets, acrylic panels, instrument covers, plastic lenses, and painted parts, providing effective surface protection during manufacturing and transportation.
