Sales Terms & Conditions
Applicable to International Customers
Welcome to Anligu Industrial. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions of sale.
1. Pricing
•All prices are inclusive of VAT, unless the buyer provides a valid tax exemption certificate.
•For current pricing, please contact our sales team.
2. Taxes
•VAT or other applicable taxes will be added to each invoice unless tax exemption applies.
•Buyers are responsible for identifying any products eligible for tax exemption at the time of order.
3. Payment Terms
•Standard term: 100% advance payment via T/T (Telegraphic Transfer).
•Other payment methods.
All payments must be made in Chinese Yuan (RMB), unless otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping Terms
•Unless otherwise agreed, shipments are made FCA (Free Carrier) from Anligu’s warehouse or distribution center.
Shipping Charges
•Anligu selects the carrier and arranges shipment within China.
•Any additional services (e.g. hazardous materials handling, special packaging, or use of customer’s carrier) will be billed to the buyer.
Backorders
•If an order is split due to partial availability, shipping charges may be adjusted accordingly.
Risk of Loss
•Risk transfers to the buyer when the goods are handed over to the carrier with proper documentation.
•Title to goods remains with Anligu until full payment is received.
In case of shipping damage, buyers must file claims directly with the carrier. Anligu will support claims when our selected carrier is used.
5. Warranty
•All products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty from the invoice date, under normal use.
•If a product defect is discovered within the warranty period, the buyer must:
•Contact Anligu for instructions
•Return the product (prepaid) to Anligu or a designated facility
•If confirmed defective, Anligu will repair or replace the product at no additional charge.
This is the exclusive remedy offered.
Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, or unsuitable application.
6. Limitation of Liability
•Anligu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
•Except as required by law, Anligu’s total liability is limited to the amount paid by the buyer for the product in question.
7. Returns & Product Acceptance
•All shipments must be inspected upon arrival.
•Visible damage must be reported within 1 days.
•Concealed defects must be reported as soon as discovered.
•Damaged goods during transport must be reported promptly to preserve carrier claim rights.
Return Policy
•Returns must be initiated within 15 days of delivery.
•Buyer must request a Return Authorization Number (RAN) before shipping items back.
•All returns must include the original invoice number, date, and reason.
No returns will be accepted without a valid RAN issued by Anligu.
8. Product Suitability & Compliance
•The buyer is solely responsible for the selection, installation, and appropriate use of the products.
•While Anligu aims to comply with applicable regulations, we do not guarantee suitability for specific legal or regulatory requirements in the buyer’s region.
•Buyer confirms that use of the products does not violate Chinese or international laws.
9. Force Majeure
Anligu is not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:
•Natural disasters
•Labor strikes
•Shortages of materials or components
•Adverse weather
•Government actions
•Supply chain disruptions
10. Order Cancellation
•Orders may only be cancelled with written approval from Anligu.
•Customised products cannot be cancelled.
11. Entire Agreement
These terms, along with our sales documents (quotes, confirmations, invoices, and website terms), constitute the entire agreement between the buyer and Anligu.
