PTFE Adhesive Tape
PTFE adhesive tape: fiberglass is the base fabric, which is coated with PTFE emulsion and dried to PTFE coated glass fiber cloth; PTFE glass fiber cloth coated with silicone adhesive to PTFE adhesive tape. PTFE adhesive tape is high performance, new composite product. The surface is smooth, with good anti-stick, chemical, high temperature resistance and excellent insulation properties.

Types of PTFE Adhesive Tape
1. Standard PTFE Tape
• Material: PTFE film + silicone adhesive
• Uses: PCB masking, heat sealing, industrial release liners.
2. Glass Fiber-Reinforced PTFE Tape
• Features: Enhanced tensile strength (up to 3650 N/100mm)
• Applications: High-stress environments like conveyor belts and rollers.
3. Extra-Thick PTFE Tape
• Best for: Heavy-duty insulation and gasketing .
4. Food-Grade PTFE Tape
