1. Quotation Principles
•Customers are required to provide complete, accurate, and valid information (such as product model, specifications, quantity, and destination) in order to receive a formal written quotation.
•All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (for domestic orders in China), unless otherwise stated. Freight charges are calculated separately based on the delivery method.

Once we receive your inquiry, our sales engineer will usually respond with a formal quotation within the same working day. Inquiries received outside working hours will be answered on the next business day.
All quotations are valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance.
3. Quotation Notes
•The quotation is for price reference only and does not guarantee inventory availability. Final delivery is subject to the confirmed sales order.
•Product price and shipping cost are quoted separately.
•We can assist in arranging shipping upon request.
•Quotations are provided in written form (PDF or email format is valid).
4. Order Confirmation Process
•After receiving our quotation, the customer may sign and return the quotation via email or fax as confirmation.
•Our sales engineer will then confirm the order details and issue a formal sales contract.
•Once both parties sign and stamp the contract, a formal sales order will be created and processed accordingly.
