•Available for small orders (handling fee 4.4% + fixed fee applies).

2. Production & Lead Time
•Stock items: Shipped within 3–5 working days after payment confirmation.
•Customized / bulk orders: Typically 7–20 working days depending on order quantity and production schedule.
•An official delivery schedule will be confirmed once payment is received.
3. Shipping Methods

•Express Delivery (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT)
•Suitable for samples and small urgent orders (3–7 days).
•Air Freight
•Faster than sea shipping, ideal for medium-sized shipments.
•Sea Freight (FCL / LCL)
•Cost-effective for large-volume orders; delivery time depends on destination port.
•Railway / Land Transport
•Available for certain countries (e.g., EU via China-Europe Railway).
Shipping method can be selected based on your preference, delivery time, and cost. You may also nominate your own forwarder.

6. Inspection & Damage Claims
•All goods are carefully inspected and well packed before shipment.
•Upon receipt, please check the outer packaging and product condition immediately.
•If any damage or loss occurs during transit, please take photos and notify us within 48 hours for assistance with the shipping carrier claim.
7. Customs & Import Duties
•All import taxes, duties, and charges are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed in writing (e.g., DDP terms).
•Please check with your local customs office before ordering to avoid unexpected fees or clearance delays.
