Polyimide tape

Taking polyimide film as the substrate, it is coated with acrylic adhesive or silica gel and cemented with release material.
It is featured with high and low temperature resistance, acid and alkali resistance, solvent resistance, electrical insulation and easy punching & die-cutting.

✔ Extreme Heat Resistance – Withstands temperatures from -73°C to 260°C (up to 300°C short-term) .

✔ Electrical Insulation – High dielectric strength (5.5–11 kV) and low electrostatic discharge (ESD) properties, making it ideal for PCB and transformer applications.

✔ Chemical Resistance – Resists acids, alkalis, and solvents (e.g., 20% HCl/NaOH for 20 hours) .

✔ No Residue – Silicone adhesive removes cleanly without leaving glue traces 12.

✔ Mechanical Strength – High tensile strength (8–12 kg/25mm) and elongation (35–60%) .
