1. High transparency and optical performance
Transmittance is usually >90%, which is suitable for screens, lenses, and other optical components that require high-definition display.
Some products use optical grade polyester film layers to further enhance display clarity.
2. Excellent anti-static performance
Surface resistance is usually 10⁸-10¹¹Ω, which can effectively prevent electrostatic adsorption of dust, and is suitable for ITO glass, touch screen and other electrostatic sensitive components.
Part of the product stripping static voltage can be as low as 50V, reducing the electrostatic damage to electronic components.
3. High temperature resistance and weather resistance
short-term temperature resistance of up to 150 ℃, long-term use of the temperature range -40 ℃ ~ 120 ℃, suitable for SMT SMD, high temperature processing environment.
Resistant to moisture and heat aging (such as 80 ℃ / 90% RH test 168 hours without change), suitable for outdoor or harsh environmental applications.
4. Low viscosity and no residual adhesive
Adhesion is usually 2-30g/25mm, easy to peel off after lamination, no residual adhesive, no white mist, suitable for high-precision optical components to protect 15. Excellent exhaust performance, reduce bubble residue, enhance the lamination effect.
5. Chemical resistance
Some products use polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA) corrosion-resistant layer, which can resist acid, alkali and solvent erosion, and extend the life of the protected material.
