FAQ – Frequent Asked Questions

Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days. Arrival to customer is dependent upon shipping method and transit time from the origin warehouse. Professional will provide a shipping confirmation and tracking number when order has shipped. For specific lead-times, please contact customer service at (86) 18118100011. Be prepared to provide web order number for details.

Will Call orders must be confirmed with a customer service representative. We do NOT allow Will Call orders to be placed over the website because we are unable to confirm adequate local stock in real-time, at the time of order.

Yes, Anligu will provide a tracking number and link within 24 hours of shipment.

No product returns will be accepted without prior written authorization issued by our sales team. To initiate a return, customers must first contact our team to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#).
All claims regarding damaged or missing items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted.
Returns are subject to the following conditions:
•A restocking fee of 25% will apply to all accepted returns.
•Additional reconditioning or repacking costs may be charged if applicable.
•Products that are custom-made, non-standard, special orders, or cut-to-size are non-returnable.
•Any item that has been altered, used, or modified by the customer will not be eligible for return.
•Freight charges and customer labor or handling costs will not be credited or reimbursed.
All authorized returns must include the RA# clearly marked on the return packaging. Unauthorized returns may be refused and returned at the customer’s expense.

Please contact Anligu immediately, and provide photos of the packaging and damaged goods. Some additional paperwork may also be required in order to file a claim with the shipping company. We will make every attempt to resolve the issue in the most expeditious and thorough manner.

Yes, we do. We accept PayPal as one of our official payment methods. Once your order is confirmed, we will send you a PayPal invoice for secure payment.

No. Anligu does not accept payment by Letter of Credit.

Yes, we ship to customers worldwide. Here’s how our international shipping works:
•Shipping Methods
•Express Couriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT): 3–7 business days
•Air Freight: 5–14 business days (depending on destination)
•Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): 25–45 days (depending on port and routing)
•Delivery Terms

•CIF, DDP, EXW, or other Incoterms available by request
•Shipping Costs
•Calculated based on package weight/volume and destination

All International Orders are shipped Freight & Duties Collect on the customers' freight account number. This is to ensure proper tarrif processing and allow for customers to quickly resolve any issues within their home country.

Anligu provides our own Certificate of Conformance with every order but does not assume liability for any potential factory defects, nor do we claim that any material is suitable for your specific application. The purpose of these certificates is simply to ensure that we are providing products that meet the description stated on our packing list.

 

Factory Certificates of Conformance may be requested at the time of order, but availability is dependent upon several factors. In order for Anligu to provide these certications, material must be special-ordered from our factory supplier. Factory certifications are not available for items which are already on our shelf. "Actual" Test Results are test reports from the exact lot & batch being ordered. These tests can be quite expensive and require the purchase of one additional test piece, or may involve cutting a portion from the article being purchased. Before offerring a price quotation for these Test Reports, Anligu will need to know the specific tests that need to be performed and/or the specification and test standard that is required. Please contact a customer service representative for additional details and a price quotation. These tests are involve additional production and testing time.

It's possible, but may require an additional cutting fee.

Lot & Batch Traceability typically involves special order material produced at the factory, after the time of order. Off-the-shelf materials do not typically have lot & batch traceability. Please contact customer service for details.

While samples may be available for some products, we ask that customers purchase a Minimum Order Quantity through our website. This is why Anligu offers our customers a Minimum Order Value of just $ 20.00 compared to an industry average of $ 200.00.

Yes. This type of packaging is often required for international orders, and may involve additional costs.
