Application Overview:
PTFE is commonly used in sealing machines—particularly continuous and automatic heat sealing machines—as a non-stick surface material or heat-resistant belt. Its excellent thermal and anti-adhesive properties make it ideal for improving sealing efficiency and product quality in various industrial applications.

Application Features of PTFE in Sealing Machines
•Anti-Adhesion:
PTFE has a very low surface energy, which prevents packaging materials (such as plastic films) from sticking to the sealing surface. This ensures clean seals and reduces material residue, minimizing cleaning and maintenance downtime.
•Temperature Resistance:
PTFE can withstand continuous working temperatures from 120°C to 200°C, making it suitable for high-speed, high-temperature sealing processes without deformation or degradation.
•Heat Sealing Performance:
Used as a heat-sealing interface or conveyor belt, PTFE provides uniform heat transfer and smooth sealing surfaces, improving the sealing strength and visual quality of the final package.
